Since 2001, Kristen has represented clients in a number of practice areas such as white collar criminal defense and general commercial litigation. In addition, she has represented employees whose rights have been violated or threatened by their employers.

After clerking for a federal judge Kristen practiced at a large New Jersey law firm. In 2014, she joined the Law Offices of Damian Christian Shammas, LLC as Of Counsel.

Kristen is admitted to practice in New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

In 2000, Kristen earned her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in
Newark, New Jersey, graduating cum laude. In 1997, she completed her undergraduate studies at Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey, graduating summa cum laude with a degree in English.

She is currently the Co-President of the Montville Township High School Parent Teacher Council and serves on the Montville Pride Committee. Kristen previously coached cheer and lacrosse and served as the President of the Hilldale Parent Teacher Council, the Lazar Middle School Parent Teacher Council and as the Co-President of the Presidents’ Council for the Montville Board of Education.
