For over two decades, Damian has represented individuals and corporations in a variety of employment law matters. Prior to opening his own firm in 2011, Damian practiced at two large New Jersey law firms providing counsel and representation to large and small employers, as well as individuals. Now Damian’s practice is devoted almost exclusively to representing individuals whose rights have been violated or threatened by their employers.

Damian is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey, Southern District of New York, and Eastern District of New York.

Damian earned his law degree in 1999 from Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey. In 1996, he completed his undergraduate studies at Colgate University in Hamilton, New York, graduating cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science and History. Upon selection by the New Jersey Supreme Court, Damian served a four-year term as a member of the District XB Ethics Committee.

Damian is an experienced trial attorney, having tried a number of cases to verdict in state and federal courts.

He has been selected as a Super Lawyer for 11 years straight (2015-2025), which are issued by Thomson Reuters. Damian served as a board member for two animal welfare nonprofit organizations in New Jersey and coached his children in Little League baseball and softball. He is an avid baseball fan and enjoys spending time with his family and traveling the world.
