Fifteen years ago, the Law Offices of Damian Christian Shammas, LLC opened its doors with a simple mission: to stand up for New Jersey employees and help them fight for justice.

It’s hard to believe how quickly the time has passed.

Over the last 15 years, our firm has grown in ways I never could have imagined. Along the way, we have had the privilege of representing hundreds of hardworking people through some of the most difficult moments of their lives. What has made this journey especially meaningful is that many former clients have become lifelong friends.

I am deeply grateful to everyone who helped make this milestone possible, my family, friends, clients, colleagues, and everyone who has supported and encouraged me over the years. Without your trust and belief in our mission, none of this would have been possible.

Looking back, I can honestly say these years have brought more personal and professional fulfillment, purpose, and joy than I ever expected when I first opened the firm’s doors.
